01. What types of things can I frame?

You can frame your photos or choose from a range of products including art prints from our gallery and functional décor surfaces like chalkboard, corkboard and dry erase board.

02. Can I mail in artwork or other items for you to frame?

We don’t currently offer a mail-in service.

03. Do you sell framed artwork?

You can choose from thousands of different art prints from our gallery and match it to any of our custom frames.

04. Can you print my image without a frame?

In addition to having your photo or art prints framed, you can simply order prints.

05. Can you print on canvas?

We offer three canvas printing options – thick-wrap, thin-wrap and un-stretched.

06. Can I frame a canvas print?

Thin and thick wrap canvas options can be framed using one of the frames specifically designed for them. Un-stretched canvas cannot be framed.

07. What are the frames made of?

We offer a variety of high-quality frames made of wood and MDF.

08. What kind of glass do you use?

All of our framed prints come with a UV resistant acrylic.

09. Do you offer float mounting?

We don’t currently offer float mounting as a framing option.

10. Will my frame be fully assembled when it arrives?

All frames come fully assembled and ready to hang.

11. Does my image have to be a certain size or file type?

IWe accept several different file types including .jpg, .gif and .png. Images must be at least 300 dpi to be printed.

12. How large can I print a photo?

The largest print size we offer is 32” x 40”. However, the sizes offered are based on the size and resolution of your image and we will only print images as large as we can without sacrificing quality.

13. What payment types do you take?

Framers Pointe accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Discover, American Express and MasterCard).

14. Can I purchase a Framers Pointe gift card?

We don’t offer gift cards at this time.

15. When will I receive my order?

Most orders will arrive within 7-10 business days. Expedited orders arrive within 3-5 business days.

Orders can be expedited for an additional fee and arrive within 3-5 business days.

17. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping on all standard deliveries to the 48 contiguous states is free. Additional rates apply for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii and will be reflected at checkout.

18. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the 50 U.S. states and don’t offer shipping to U.S. territories or other countries.

19. How can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked one of three ways – by using the “track my order” link at the bottom of any page, logging into your account or by clicking on the tracking number received in your ship-confirmation email.
